Personal Training

Britt and her team are excited to help you reach your health and fitness goals!  We provide customized one-on-one personal training, partner, or small group personal training in 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions. We offer personal training outside of gym class times. These available times are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and 1pm to 4:30pm. Saturdays and Sundays are also available around our birthday parties.

Cancellation of personal training sessions requires a 2-hour notice; any sessions cancelled within 2 hours of start time are subject to being charged 1 session.
