Class Schedule
Adult fitness and youth classes are offered at multiple times throughout the day. Each class is typically 45 minutes long and designed by a certified trainer to provide a full body functional fitness workout.

Group Classes
Monday: TRX Partners - Get your core ready for this TRX and cardio class that gets your heart pumping and muscles working. The TRX makes sure your whole body feels it!
5:15 am, 6:15 am, 7:15 am, 8:20 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm
Tuesday: Superset Strength - This class alternates between 2 exercises of the same muscle group for endurance and opposite muscle actions for full power.
5:15 am, 6:15 am, 7:15 am, 8:20 am, 12:00pm, 4:30 pm
Wednesday: Bootcamp - Get through 10 stations, four times each. This mix of cardio and functional strength moves will keep you moving!

Deka Training: 5:30 pm
Thursday: Progressive Overload - You will start with high reps, lower weight and work to low reps, higher weight. This strength class is all about your progress.

Friday: Competition Circuit - Use the energy from your team to get through these fast-paced cardio and strength circuits.

Deka Training: 4:30 pm
Saturday: Metabolic Conditioning - Challenge yourself with this high intensity workout. Burn calories, get stronger, and feel like a part of something bigger!
7:00 am, 8:00 am, 9:00 am
Saturday/Sunday: Parties and Personal Training by appointment only
Classes will be canceled if nobody is signed up two hours before class time
