Class Schedule

Adult fitness classes are offered at multiple times throughout the day. Each class is typically 45 minutes long and designed by a certified trainer to provide a full body functional fitness workout.

Group Classes

MONDAY

Tabata - Start your week with the class that blends strength and cardio in a fast-paced, high-intensity interval format. You’ll cycle a variety of exercises including cardio bursts, strength moves, and core work to boost muscular endurance and build strength. - 5:15 am, 6:15 am, 7:15 am, 8:20 am, 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm

Senior Fitness - Designed with aging adults in mind, our Senior Fitness class is offered 3 times a week and focuses on functional strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, and mobility. - 10:30 am

TUESDAY

Full Body Lift: The Sequel - This full-body strength class focuses on powerful resistance training to build muscle, increase strength, and improve muscular endurance. Our coaches will track your progress and customize your loading week by week for 2 lifts, bench press and hip thrusts, over the duration of this class. For your accessory work, you can expect a dynamic mix of compound and functional movements that will challenge all fitness levels. - 5:15 am, 6:15 am, 7:15 am, 8:20 am, 12:00pm, 4:30 pm

Legacy Strong Lifting - A 10-week cycle of progressively loading one main powerlift followed by accessory work at your own pace. Tuesday’s main lift is Deadlift. - 5:30 pm

WEDNESDAY

Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) 1 - Challenge yourself with this high intensity workout. Burn calories, get stronger, and feel like a part of something bigger! - 5:15 am, 6:15 am, 7:15 am, 8:20 am, 12:00pm, 4:30 pm

Senior Fitness - Designed with aging adults in mind, our Senior Fitness class is offered 3 times a week and focuses on functional strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, and mobility. - 10:30 am

Deka Training - This class is specially designed with hybrid fitness in mind - improve speed, strength, and endurance then put it to the test during one of our quarterly Spartan Deka competitions! (you do not need to compete in Deka to participate in this class) - 5:30 pm

THURSDAY

Tempo Strength - Using intentional pacing and focused resistance work, this strength-only class emphasizes time under tension to build muscle, improve strength, and enhance movement quality. - 5:15 am, 6:15 am, 7:15 am, 8:20 am, 12:00pm, 4:30 pm

Legacy Strong Lifting - A 10-week cycle of progressively loading one main powerlift followed by accessory work at your own pace. Thursday’s main lift is Bench Press. - 5:30 pm

FRIDAY

Ladders - Friday’s HIIT Ladders class brings a dynamic twist to interval training by building intensity as you go. Each round increases in work time on the way up before stepping back down the ladder to finish strong. - 5:15 am, 6:15 am, 7:15 am, 8:20 am, 12:00 pm, Friday Night Lights edition at 4:30 pm

SATURDAY

Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) 2 - Challenge yourself with this high intensity workout. Burn calories, get stronger, and feel like a part of something bigger! - 7 am, 8 am, 9 am

Legacy Strong Lifting - A 10-week cycle of progressively loading one main powerlift followed by accessory work at your own pace. Saturday’s main lift is Back Squat. - 10 am

*Classes will be canceled if nobody is signed up two hours before class time
