Classes

Classes are offered at multiple times throughout the day. Each class is 45 minutes long and specifically designed by a certified trainer to provide a full body functional fitness workout. Legacy Gym MKE offers a wide variety of focuses including HIIT, Circuit Training, TRX Exercises, Flexibility, Mobility, Agility and Plyometrics, Conditioning and more.
