Group Fitness Classes

Functional fitness classes are offered multiple time each day and rotate daily to promote advancements in all areas of the body.  Classes include conditioning, agilities and plyometrics, core, flexibility, strength, power and endurance.  Classes are high energy and high intensity!  No two classes will ever be the same.  Our trainers are skilled in multiple focuses so forget needing to buy multiple gym memberships – Legacy Gym MKE has it all!
