Personal Training at Legacy

Legacy offers one-hour and 30-minute one on one sessions with a certified trainer. Our personal trainers work with clients to set goals, design fitness programs, and provide motivation and accountability to stay on track to meet those goals. Fitness assessments may be incorporated to assist in setting goals and measuring progress.
